Rachel is a 2005 graduate of Putnam City West High School in Oklahoma City.  Rachel is very knowledeable about insurance benefits and is highly effective in helping you maximize your coverage and remaining benefits.  She is also one of the friendly voices you will hear when scheduling your appointment and she also assists Dr. Shapard from time to time.

Rachel loves to watch movies and has probably seen every movie ever made.  If you don't believe us, ask her to quote a line from a movie of your choice next time you see her!  She also loves exercising and spending time with her husband, Chad.



Audrey comes to our office with over 30 years experience in dental assisting.  After graduating from Del City High School, she attended the Rose State College Assisting Program where she received her Associates Degree in Allied Health.  She is an active member of the American Dental Assistants Association and currently holds the office of ODAA State Treasurer.

When she's not hard at work scheduling your appointments, Audrey enjoys traveling, camping and antiquing.  Her latest project involves restoring a vintage travel trailer -- something that will combine all her hobbies into one!



Denise graduated from Maric College in California in 2006 with a certificate in Dental Assisting.  She worked as a dental assistant in a general dental office for two years and then became an orthodontice assistant for four years.  She lived in California her entire life before moving to Oklahoma in 2012.

Denise has two children, Steven and Allison.  In her spare time she like watching football and hockey.  She also loves camping, hiking and fishing.  She also enjoys watching movies.


Michelle is a 1997 graduate of Edmond Memorial High School.  She went on to complete her hygiene pre-requisites at Oklahoma State University and then graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene in May of 2003 from Rose State College.  

Michelle has 2 children - Layla and Dominic.  Michelle loves spending time at her family's lake house at Lake Eufala.  She also enjoys spending time with her friends and eating sushi.  One of her favorite things to do during her free time is watching HGTV and trying new recipes.


Katy is a 1994 graduate of Heritage Hall High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she earned her Actuarial Science degree.  She worked as an actuary for 2 years and then went on to teach Math and worked in the adminstration of her alma mater, Heritage Hall, for 4 years.  When her husband, Dr. Shapard, graduated from his residency in 2005, he enlisted her to help him get his dental practice started. Katy and Dr. Shapard have have three wonderful sons -- Cooper, Sumner, and Sutton.  She loves spending time with family and friends, exercising, hiking, cooking and beautifying her flower beds.
