RACHEL GRAY -- FRONT OFFICE

Rachels is a 2005 graduate of Putnam City West High School in Oklahoma City.  Rachel is very knowledeable about insurance benefits and is highly effective in helping you maximize your coverage and remaining benefits.  She is also one of the friendly voices you will hear when scheduling your appointment.

Rachel loves to watch movies and has probably seen every movie ever made.  If you don't believe us, ask her to quote a line from a movie of your choice next time you see her!  She also loves exercising and spending time with her family -- especially her awesome nephew, Tristan, and beautiful neice, Genna.

SARA HALL -- FRONT OFFICE

Sara graduated in 1981 from Lee High School in Midland, Texas and attended Midland College from 1981-1983.  She worked as a dental assistant for 7 years, an orthodontic assistant for 5 years and then became a stay-at-home mom.  When her kids got older, she wanted to get back into the dental field and we stumbled on to her because she was one of our very own patients!  She specializes in great patient relationships and care and always lends an ear to those in need.  When you schedule an appointment, she is one of the friendly voices you will hear and from time to time will assist Dr. Shapard in the back.  Sara also has an extensive knowledge in all areas of dentistry -- ask her anything and if she doesn't know right away, she will get an answer pronto!

Sara and her husband, Keith, have two wonderful children -- Samantha (17) and Sawyer (11).  She loves spending time with her husband and kids, scrapbooking, rubber stamping, quilting, and baking.

KATY SHAPARD -- OFFICE MANAGER

Katy is a 1994 graduate of Heritage Hall High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she earned her Actuarial Science degree.  She worked as an actuary for 2 years and then went on to teach Math and worked in the adminstration of her alma mater, Heritage Hall, for 4 years.  When her husband, Dr. Shapard, graduated from his residency in 2005, he enlisted her to help him get his dental practice started.  Katy worked in the office for a little over a year until they hired Sara and Rachel.  She currently works from home specializing in insurance coding and billing and accounts receivables.

Katy and Dr. Shapard have been married for 8 years and have two wonderful sons -- Cooper (3) and Sumner (1).  She loves spending time with family and friends, exercising, hiking, cooking and beautifying her flower beds.
